Just 37 years old and recently married, Maud lost her life at the Bataclan during the Eagles of Death Metal concert that she attended with her husband, who managed to flee the massacre.
Maud Serrault had been Marketing and e-Commerce Director at Best Western France for three years. She provided support to hoteliers who were members of the chain to increase their awareness on the Web and grow their market shares. Before joining Best Western France, this holder of a DESS in Marketing and Communication Strategies from Celsa had previously been Operational Marketing Manager at the Hammerson group and Customer Marketing Project Manager at Intermarché.
